Welcome!I am now offering class at three (maybe more) locations.
I am very happy to announce that I will be teaching classes now at Whole Foods Naperville! Please visit their website and checkout the calendar for upcoming classes. There are two ways to register:

Problem solved...We will teach you how to make wonderful, chocalaty cupcakes with cream cheese frosting using NATURAL food coloring. We will also make a light, fluffy apple cinnamon cake that is unbelievably tasty, full of apples and other wholesome ingredients. Join us for a relaxing evening, sitting by the fire at the Café of Whole Foods, Naperville. Sip a soothing beverage and have some quiet conversations. We will be making cute, absorbent and practical 100% cotton wash clothes. Use them in the bathroom, kitchen or if you can stand to part with them, give as presents. I will provide knitting needles, enough cotton to make 1 wash cloth and instructions. We should be able to get one finished in our time together. This is an easy pattern, suitable for beginner knitters. All levels welcome. Class size limits and needed supplies are listed on the detailed descriptions. Customized classes are also available to 4 or more individuals. Do you have a particular item you are just dying to learn how to make? Well give me call - I am sure we can put together a wonderful experience for you and your friends. Luckily the rain stayed away and we had a great turnout. I offered samples of my Delicious Dill Pickles, Bread and Butter Pickles, Zucchini & Onion Relish, Peach Preserves, Wild Elderberry Grape Jelly, Honey Butter, Ghee and English Muffin Bread. We sold out of almost everything! I usually don't sell my items and prefer to have people come to the classes and learn to make all this wonderful food themselves.
